Eric’s 20+ years of HR experience with companies such as Walmart, Lowe’s, Coca-Cola, and Pilgrim’s Pride has provided a base to drive the corporation to a strategic people focus.  Eric is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefits. Eric is driven to utilize new technologies to help streamline processes while driving communication and consistency throughout the company’s national footprint.  With employees having many career options available to them, it is Eric’s mission for Southern Cross to become an employer of choice in each market we service.
